KLONDIKE EQUIPMENT LIST FOR EACH PATROL 
(Be sure to read info on Klondike towns - there may will be something else you need to add to this list)

1. Klondike Sledge to transport equipment
2. Natural fire starting materials, and wood to build a fire
3. Materials to make a field stretcher, splints, and field bandages
4. Sack lunch for patrol members
5. 3/4 Axe. Sharpening file and stone per patrol
6. Pocket knife per member and at least one sharpening stone per patrol
7. One piece of rope 40 feet long with ends properly whipped or spliced
8. One six foot piece of rope with proper whipping or splicing, per patrol member. For a total of at least five pieces of rope per sledge.
9. First Aid Kit
10. Materials and equipment to cook a pancake (including batter)
11. Materials and equipment to cook cocoa (including cocoa) for the town mayor
12. A two or three man tent
13. A Scout Handbook
14. Patrol Flag
15. One soup ladle and one can opener
16. A one man backpacking camp stove with fuel
17. A picture of Baden-Powell OR Klondike Pete
18. Flashlight with extra batteries
19. At least one compass per Dawg Team
20. Tarp 5 X 7
21. One bolo tie
22. Firewood
23. Any item of the ten essentials not included on the above list
